Recently(ish)
A couple friends of ours hosted a fund raiser for a local school.
The monies that were raised were used to send these children around the country to compete in dance & song competitions.
It's a very traditional 'folclorico' dance.
I'd never seen it done before and it was wonderful!
This is Adrian & Cassie...
the two behind all the hard work!
And with thanks in part to them,
the school participated in four categories at the regional contest,
WON three of them, and second place in another.
